Alexandra Rodriguez

An Upstate New York native, and longtime mountain lover, Alexandra uses her skills in communications, marketing, web and graphic design to serve and protect St. Vrain Valley resources for future generations.

Alexandra gained fundraising and community building experience within the nonprofit communities of New York City at The Fresh Air Fund, and Los Angeles at Kiss The Ground. She engaged volunteers and donors in providing leadership and professional development opportunities for young people from low-income communities, and called upon volunteers to support small farmers and ranchers adopting the principles of regenerative agriculture.

Alexandra earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia, where her favorite experience was working in an apprenticeship program at the The Morven Institute, where she studied food policy and learned farming practices from Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms. There are no two principles more important to Alexandra than community and nature's template.
